cfc0d07288 As of pf 4.1 keep state is used automatically. Do not keep state

75e9d40f4d don't allow gateway (route-to) to be selected with time based rules (ipfw) 
it doesn't do anything, this just doesn't allow a configuration that people would expect to work.

961ee8d032 Move pfsense_kernel.txt to /tmp and remove /boot/kernel/* contents so we 
are guarantee'd a fresh kernel directory (note freebsd kernel install moves
the old kernel directory to kernel.old so this is very similar.
