Keep track of the number of items the user has requested to shape. If at the end of the wizard the count is still 0 then unset the shaper configuration and alert the user that they have not picked anything to shape

a6bfa4ba23 When displaying DHCP leases, call gethostbyaddr() to resolve the hostname if we do not have the record in the database 
Also check to make sure gethostbyaddr() would return a real value

mpd blocks until ppp-linkup exits, background rc.newwanip as dyndns is tripping this up (it tries to connect out a pppoe connection that's blocking on this script).

Tested-by: DungaBee, Hoba, and a few others.
