"select2-toggleselect.js" provides an extension to Select2 that makes possible to unselect items in a multi-select dropdown by clicking on them. It seems that its load slipped through when moving things around in commit 6a470e59356b8c52115fe2790666027f38977604; this commit adds it to the JavaScript files to be loaded in the same position that it should have had in that commit (based on how the other declarations were moved). Running master checkouts
Third-party components are handled as git submodules which have to be initialized first. So aside from the regular git checkout invoking git submodule update --init or a similar command is needed, for details see Git documentation.
Several apps by default included in regular releases like firstrunwizard or gallery are missing in master and have to be installed manually as required.
That aside Git checkouts can be handled the same as release archives.
Note they should never be used on production systems.
