Added an explination for how to sync files

In the help forums it [was mentioned](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/nextcloud-android-app-automatically-sync-files-folders/23123/31) that "..the documentation [here](https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/user_manual/en/groupware/sync_android.html) blatantly skips over how to actually sync anything. It literally just says to install and start the app". I looked and saw that this was true, so I updated the documentation with my best understanding of how to use sync features.

3. Once you are signed in you can view and edit files from within the app similar to how you would view and edit the files from within a browser.
4. You can sync files for offline access by clicking on the three dots to the right of the file name and choosing "download" or "sync".
As it stands Syncing is only partially automated, so if you want your files to remain in sync you will need to click the sync button when
changes are made locally or on the nextcloud server. Clicking "sync" on a foulder will download and sync all files in that foulder, but
note that this will not automatically upload files to the server if they have been created locally.
