Subject: [PATCH] Replace ownCloud contact channels w Nextclouds

Mailing list replaced with forums, and IRC channels replaced with the ones for Nextcloud (that I know of). There doesn't seem to be a nextcloud-testing as there was an owncloud-testing. I can add tihs in if there are plans to use it.
