Bethuel Mmbaga 709e24eb6f [signal] Fix HTTP/WebSocket proxy not using custom certificates (#4644) ... This pull request fixes a bug where the HTTP/WebSocket proxy server was not using custom TLS certificates when provided via --cert-file and --cert-key flags.
