## Using an API key

1. Follow the guidance in the [HighLevel documentation](https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/48001060529-highlevel-api){:target=_blank .external-link} to get your API key.
2. Copy the key into the **API Key** field in your n8n HighLevel credentials.
