# Linear

You can use these credentials to authenticate the following nodes with Linear.

## Prerequisites

Create a [Linear](https://linear.app/) account.

## Using the Linear API

1. Open the [Linear API settings](https://linear.app/settings/api).
2. Click on the **Create key** button.
3. Copy the key into **API Key** field of the credentials screen in n8n.
