This affects issue IrosTheBeggar/mStream#276

Also default `folders` attribute in config to prevent an error on
startup when it is not set.

subsort tracks by filename 
sort tracks by track number and then by filename. This is good if the media files do not have metadata, but the track number is at the beginning of the file name.
