Puppeteer

Puppeteer is the soon-to-be successor to HealersMate. The name is being changed to avoid the misconception that the addon is only for healers. Do not use this addon over HealersMate right now, it is currently being refactored and could cause major problems, especially combined with HealersMate. Check back later.
